Developed by Robloxians, for Robloxians. RoTracker started as a small personal project to keep track of friends' username changes. It quickly grew into a powerful tool that we wanted to share with the entire community. We're dedicated to continuously improving the extension with new features based on user feedback.

  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service, its users, or any third party. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.
  • Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. RoTracker is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

2. Privacy Notice

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy is simple:

  • No Personal Data Collection: RoTracker does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not track your browsing history, your Roblox account details, or any other personal data.
  • No Login Required: The extension does not require you to create an account or log in.
  • Data Usage: The extension solely reads public data from Roblox profile pages and uses the RoProxy API to display it within your browser. This data is not sent to our servers.
  • Payment Processing: All payments for RoTracker Premium are handled by our third-party merchant of record, Paddle.com. We do not receive, handle, or store your payment information, such as credit card numbers. Your payment data is subject to Paddle's privacy policy.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a straightforward refund policy.

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All premium purchases are fully refundable within 7 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided after the 7-day period has expired, except in clear cases of billing error or fraudulent activity.
  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rotracker.net within the 7-day window. Please include the email address used for the purchase or your transaction ID from Paddle.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
