1. Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the RoTracker Chrome Extension or website (“the Service”), operated by RoTracker (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Product and Service Description

The Service provides temporary update alerts based on publicly available information from Roblox.com profiles. It is intended solely for personal, informational use. All updates shown are temporary, non-persistent, and automatically expire within 12 hours to protect privacy. Key features, both free and premium, are detailed on our homepage and premium page. The site is live and secured with an SSL certificate (HTTPS).

Pricing

All pricing details for premium features are available on our Premium Page. We do not currently offer custom or enterprise pricing plans.

License and Acceptable Use

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service, its users, or any third party. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service. The tool must not be used for any activity that violates Roblox’s Terms of Service.
  • Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. RoTracker is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a straightforward refund policy.

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All premium purchases are fully refundable within 7 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided after the 7-day period has expired, except in clear cases of billing error or fraudulent activity.
  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rotracker.net within the 7-day window. Please include the email address used for the purchase or your transaction ID from Paddle.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
